Privacy Policy
PageBuilder Plus™ is a web-based permission email list management and distribution service provided by Virtual Design House, Inc. PageBuilder Plus provides the technology and infrastructure; however, our respective Clients manage the email lists and email campaigns sent to those lists. PageBuilder Plus™ generates revenues by providing our service to our clients for a service fee.
Anti-Spam Policy
PageBuilder Plus™ does NOT permit our system to be used to send unsolicited email (SPAM), and enforces our Anti-Spam Policy using several methods as outlined in our Anti-Spam Policy.
Information Collected by PageBuilder Plus™
PageBuilder Plus™ maintains information about Clients and Members. Clients are entities that sign an agreement to use PageBuilder Plus™. Client information is used to provide access to PageBuilder Plus™ for the Client and to manage Client accounts. Members are people that receive e-mails from our Clients using PageBuilder Plus™. Member information is used by the Client for e-mail campaigns and other related purposes.
Occasionally, PageBuilder Plus™ may collect information from users for contests, forwarding features, more information forms, etc. This information is only used for the purpose explicitly stated when collecting the information.
When Clients log into PageBuilder Plus™ or Members view an e-mail from PageBuilder Plus™, our servers use cookies and other means to log related data used for the purpose of system administration and to provide campaign reports to our Clients.
This allows us to better manage the system and allows our Clients to better manage their campaigns. We only base our reports on the data in our system and do not gather additional data from outside sources.
Sharing Information with Third Parties
PageBuilder Plus™ does not share Client or Member Information with third parties. Member information is collected by our Clients and loaded into PageBuilder Plus™. Client's Member information (E-mail list) is held by PageBuilder Plus™ as confidential information to be used exclusively by Client for the benefit of Client. PageBuilder Plus™ will not compile, buy, sell, rent, or trade Client's Member information (E-mail list), or send unauthorized E-mail to Client's Members (E-mail list).
Client Privacy Policies
Our Clients maintain their own privacy policies regarding their Member lists. You can contact a Client to inquire about their privacy policy by replying to the E-mail you received. E-mail sent by our Clients may contain links to sites other than our own. Those sites may not follow the same privacy policies as PageBuilder Plus™. PageBuilder Plus™ is not responsible for the privacy policies of our Clients or of other companies.
Additional Information
No transmission of data over the Internet is guaranteed to be completely secure. It may be possible for third parties, not under the control of PageBuilder Plus™, to intercept or access transmissions or private communications unlawfully. While we strive to protect this information, PageBuilder Plus™ cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information transmitted by or to us.
In the unlikely event that PageBuilder Plus™ is ever sold or acquired, our Client's accounts and any potential future revenues may be included in the transferred assets. Any acquirer shall be required to adhere to this Privacy Policy.
Under no circumstances, including but not limited to negligence, shall PageBuilder Plus™ be liable for any special, incidental or consequential damages that result from the use of PageBuilder Plus™, even if PageBuilder Plus™ or an authorized representative of PageBuilder Plus™, has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
PageBuilder Plus™ reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy at any time. Any such changes will be posted online. Questions should be directed to support@PageBuilderPlus.com
